These terms apply to the MobiBench Android app (“the app”) and the website at mobibench.com (“the website”), both operated by MobiBench. By using the app or the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

The app and the website are provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

• The CPU stress test and the GPU test place heavy, sustained load on your device. This uses battery and can make your device warm.
• The app shows a warning about device load and heating before the CPU stress test starts.
• Run tests at your own discretion. If your device becomes too hot, stop the test and let it cool down before using it again.

Scores and measurements depend on your device, its temperature, battery level, background activity and other conditions. Results can differ between runs and between devices of the same model. They are provided for information only and are not a guarantee of performance.

The app, the website design and the content of the website, including text, graphics and logos, belong to MobiBench. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them except as allowed by law. “Google Play” is a trademark of Google LLC.

The website links to third-party sites and services, such as Google Play, and may show ads served by third parties. We don't control those sites, services or ads and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MobiBench is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, device damage or other loss, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app or the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. This version is effective from 6 October 2026.
